My Story

I built the method I needed when nothing else worked.

I'm a Nutrition and Strength Coach based in Dubai — NASM International and Precision Nutrition certified — helping men and women lose weight, rebuild confidence, and create lasting results through evidence-based coaching. I coach in both English and French.

I've worked with executives, founders, parents, and high-performers across Europe and the Middle East. The common thread? They were all done with quick fixes. They wanted a method that respected their intelligence and their life.
